This is a slow, 60-minute Hatha Yoga class based on breathing, focusing on body awareness and inner balance.
We move at a steady, comfortable pace, combining traditional poses, mindful transitions, and attention to how the body feels, rather than how it looks. No pressure or pain.

Restore & Flow + Soundbath
(No yoga experience needed)
This session combines gentle movement, breath awareness, and live sound relaxation. The goal is to help your nervous system settle and allow your body to rest deeply.
We begin with a slow, mindful flow – simple movements and holdings of poses designed to release tension, gently open, and bring attention back into the body.
The second part of the practice is a guided relaxation supported by live sounds from singing bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments.
