About me
My name is Olha, and I am a mindful breath-based Hatha yoga teacher,
200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified.
I didn’t come to yoga with the intention of teaching. At first, it was “just physical activity” for me. But over time, I began to notice how deeply it influenced my inner state – helping me calm my mind, understand myself better, and reconnect with my body.
Yoga became a way for me to find inner stability, balance, and the ability to listen to my body, especially during stressful and emotionally challenging times.
The decision to teach came after a profound personal experience, including a silent retreat where I reflected deeply on my path and realized I wanted to share this practice with others.
I am originally from Ukraine and began practicing yoga in 2020. After moving to Canada, yoga became an essential tool for grounding, healing, and creating a sense of inner home.
My Teaching Values
Yoga for me is more than physical practice – it is a lifestyle rooted in mindfulness and compassion. As a teacher, my values are:

No pressure, no pain
Yoga should feel safe, accessible, and supportive for everyone

Community
Practicing together creates support, inspiration, and shared growth

Accessibility
I believe yoga should be available to everyone, regardless of experience, age, or body type

Connection first
Breath and awareness guide each movement, rather than striving for “perfect” poses

Wellness
Yoga is a path to mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being
Approach to Yoga
I believe yoga should never be about pain, pressure, or forcing yourself into perfect poses. It is about how you feel inside your body in each moment. My approach is gentle, mindful, and beginner-friendly – inviting you to start your yoga journey from scratch.
My intention is to create a safe, supportive space where people can: release stress, let go of tension, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves.

Certified & Professionally Trained
My training includes classical Hatha yoga, breathwork, meditation, and anatomy-based alignment principles, with a strong focus on safe, mindful practice
